Program Vision

Our Senior Center vision includes increasing enrollment by establishing communication churches, adult foster care agencies, and senior centers within the community. We also plan to institute more activities to reduce isolation and stimulate physical well being and mental alertness for our seniors.

Jimmy Jenkins Senior Center will create a safe nurturing environment that addresses the whole being with programs that strengthens the seniors mental alertness, health awareness, emotional and social wellbeing and provides for spiritual uplifting.

Program Description

• We offer daily transportation to and from our center and involvement in daily activities
• We offer daily nutritional meals, monthly health screenings, and physical activities
• We offer daily homebound meal services
• We offer day trips
• We provide referral information for social, medical and financial support

Jimmy Jenkins Senior Center is currently accepting new membership for seniors aged 55 and up.  Please contact the program director for more information
